ASSOCIAÇÃO PANGEIA: TRANSFORMAÇÃO SOCIAL ATRAVÉS DA CANNABIS MEDICINAL E CULTURA

Abstract

The Pangeia Association, located in the Campinas Metropolitan Region, São Paulo, is a collective dedicated to social inclusion, racial equity, and historical reparations, with a focus on the medicinal use of cannabis and cultural promotion. The association develops projects that integrate health, urban art, and education, aiming to provide access to knowledge and natural therapies for marginalized communities. Pangeia's management is led by Black men and women, with an emphasis on increasing Black participation in the cannabis market, especially through the "Ganja Preta" project. This article explores the association's practices, its projects, and its social impact in transforming racial and economic inequalities.
